West End large double private bathroom and parking

As of now, we have a large double room with a new private shower room on one of the smartest roads in the West End, with the rare opportunity of being able to apply for a parking permit. The house is serviced accommodation with fortnightly cleaners for the common areas.
The house is a friendly professional houseshare for 5 (I can't find where on the advert to change that there are six rooms to five rooms, but only 5 people). Proper shared lounge/diner with 50" t. v. which has a t. v. licence included in the rent payment. HMO licensed. Large kitchen, up to date combi boiler, shared lounge, garden. Fully furnished. Washer dryer, two large fridge freezers. Suit young professional or mature in attitude student - our current housemates are graduate young professionals in work and a post grad, so while we are open to applications from students, they would need to live in the habit of professionals, rather than lead the stereotypical student lifestyle if that makes sense. They would like to live with housemates of their own generation. Regret no DSS/pets and the house is strictly no smoking on the premises. Low deposit at £200 and we will require a UK based guarantor with a UK bank account. We are local live-out landlords who always respond quickly to problems - no agency involved. Bills included - gas, electric, council tax, water, fast broadband and t. v. licence for lounge. Bike can be stored in the outer hallway.
