Were two girls (Sophie and Charlotte) looking to fill a third bedroom is our house for next year: our current flatmate Georgia will be graduating at the end of the year and we will be left with a spare room.
The flat itself is a ground floor flat in a converted house and everything is pretty much new. There's a large combined kitchen, diner, living area which we intend to put into full use. The kitchen has all new appliances and plenty of storage space for three people to live comfortably.
It is a shared bathroom, which has a shower. Being a shared bathroom were looking for someone who is reasonably tidy and respectful of others.

The rent is £105 a week and is fully inclusive of all bills. We do not mind about gender of the tenant we just ask that they are respectful of others.
Its a 5 minute walk into the university and gym.
A Sainsburys Local roughly 5 minute walk and again only 5 minutes into town.

Were happy to arrange a viewing with you if you want to come and look around before booking.
If you are interested in the room were happy to meet up a few times and get to know you beforehand so you're comfortable with moving in.
Both of us have boyfriends and new tenant must be able to expect occasional extra company.
