This is very homely accommodation in a classic terraced house on a quiet residential street in the uphill area of Lincoln.
One room has a double bed, one has a single bed, both have a wardrobe and a storage unit in them.

The house is just a short walk from Bishop Grotteste University, a 20 minute walk into the centre of Lincoln, down steep hill and a 5 minute walk to the Bailgate and historic Lincoln Cathedral. A couple of minutes walk to the shops and other amenities on Burton Road.

There is currently one professional female living at the property. I am therefore looking for other females to share the house. £350 pcm including all bills and internet.

Downstairs there is a shared bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. All the bedrooms are upstairs. It is all tastefully furnished to a high standard with a homely feel. Also the property has a garden to the rear and there is on-street parking situated on a no through road at the front of the house.
