Ive currently got one large double room available in my house, situated ideally for both the Hospital or city centre. Currently there are 1 person living in the house.

I don't live in this house anymore but still live in Lincoln, I'm an Engineer in the RAF so very busy and away some of the time but I'm still around quite a lot

I'm looking for someone who likes house sharing with clean and tidy people and enjoys similar things as the others house mates. The rooms are all doubles and all rooms are furnished but if anyone wants to bring their own they are welcome to. The rooms can now be viewed most evenings and weekends.

The house is centrally heated and double glazed and has 4 double bedrooms, a large modern kitchen/diner, large lounge with dining area, furnished conservatory, small front and large usable rear garden, Downstairs there is a fitted bathroom with L shaped bath with shower above and WC and pedestal basin. This is supplemented by a second WC with basin upstairs. There is no off road parking but ample on the road as neither of the neighbours have cars. The rent Includes all bills but not phone calls Although smokers are welcome there is a no smoking policy in the house so you will have to use the gardens

Couples are welcome but there is a supplement of £60 on top of the room rent to allow for the extra bills
