Double room for rent!

Double room to rent in a semi - detached property with just myself and my little sausage dog! So you must obviously like dogs! I work shifts days and nights.

The house has parking for 2 cars, good size bedroom and nice views out the back over the river. It's a quiet location just behind Lincoln high street. Perfect for easy access to centre of town.

Rent £380 per month including bills and also use of all appliances in the house, only thing you will need is your own bedroom furniture as the room is empty. I would prefer female tenants only of a similar age group.
