I currently share a flat with my best friend in a lovely apartment in the Newport area of Lincoln. It is within easy reach to walk to bishop gross, town, bail gate. Pretty much everything,
I am looking for a bubbly, friendly housemate who loves the odd night out and nights in too to enjoy wine and gossip...a gym buddy would be perfect too!
There is one car parking space but plenty of off road car parking around too.
The room is small but fits a double bed which comes with the room, also a built in single wardrobe. We share a modern bathroom and kitchen/living area. It's pretty, basic, clean and modern!
