Hi, I have single and Large double room available for a working professional situated less then 2 minutes walk from Lincoln Hospital.

Even though the picture doesn't show it, the rooms are furnished.

All bills are included (Electric, Water, TV License, fiber optic Broadband and Council Tax).

The house and room are furnished with all the usual amenities.

There is road side parking outside the front of the house and there is also off street parking at the rear of the property.

We aren't clean freaks but do ask you keep the house tidy.

The house has a large garden which is great in the Summer Time and the Kitchen and Living room are of good size.

I work 9-5 Monday-Friday so would prefer evening/weekend viewings. If you would like to view the room don't hesitate to contact me via spareroom or direct to my phone.
