Room to Let due to Study Abroad Period

This room to let is in a house with great housemates. A mixture of ages all on different courses at the University of Lincoln. Currently all cook together and eat as a 'family' (really helps save the pennies!) and make regular outings as a house on nights out. The house is full of added extras that make it feel like a home from home. There are two toilets and shower and a large separate bath. Wifi and virgin cable TV is included along with washing machine, dryer and dish washer.

The house is located within a 10 minute walk to any of the buildings on the University Campus and takes less than 5 minutes to be in the centre of town.

The room itself has a built in wardrobe, chest of draws and a large desk including the double bed. It is a ground floor room.

Looking for someone to take my room as I am going to study abroad from January. Ideally looking for a male to give the other male some support! But that is not set in stone. Really just after a friendly easy going individual looking to have a laugh and enjoy living in Lincoln.
