Hello,
We are two housemates (26 and 28) in a house share and have one double room remaining for rent. We are looking for a young professional who is sociable and easy going.
The house itself is a five minute walk from the hospital and 15 minute walk from the city centre and the cathedral. There is on street parking and a shed if you have a bike. All bills are included, as
well as Virgin media and fibre optic broadband. The room has plenty of space with a double bed, wardrobe
bedside table and desk, but any of them can be taken out if you’d prefer.
