We have a three bed house on Carline Road. The current tenant is leaving as he has a new job in Sheffield.
The house is on three levels with living space on the lower ground level, as the house is on a hill, with stunning views from the dining room which leads out to the decking and then down to a split garden.
Open plan living offers flexibility to this unique 200 year old cottage.
We are looking for a single or couple. (If couple the rate will be £700 and we would leave the third bedroom free for friends to stay over, storage etc)
The bedroom is on the ground level. it has a king bed with your own shower room...also on the ground level. The spare double bedroom on the same level is used James & Keighleys guests.
James & Keighley have their own en-suite which is on the first floor.
They smoke on occasions outside on the patio.
There are two cats.
Sky is at the property and this is shared.
You will need your own tv for bedroom but there is one in the living room.
The house is just 15 mins walk into town or 5 minutes to Lincoln Cathedral & Lincoln Castle.. no need for a car but there is permit parking on the street which will cost you £25 for the year.
Must be happy to share responsibility of keeping the house clean and tidy... one will need to consider this as it is essential for a happy home. James & Keighley are a great fun loving couple who enjoy sharing their home but feel responsibilities should be shared equally. I agree.
