Can move in ASAP, contract ends 8th Aug - but there is chance to continue over summer for smaller rent fee. 5 minute walk from the university, view of the brayford from window, 5 minute walk into town and local fish shops, corner shops, hairdressers, and Sainsburys. Other tenants are extremely welcoming and friendly. On-site Gym included in the price also, laundrette, vending machines and common room - with flat screen tv and games consoles - on site.
