Large double ensuite room in lovely 5-bed house

Hello,

We are looking for a female flatmate to share our lovely house with in Lincoln. The house is located in the quiet cul-de-sac of Pavillion Gardens, Lincoln and is about 10 mins from the city centre. There's quite a few shops and a couple of restaurant/pubs very nearby.

We are specifically looking for somebody that's trustworthy, good fun and considerate. I work from home so I would like my house mate to go to work Monday to Friday. My husband is sometimes away quite a bit with work so it would be lovely to have some company when he is! You would of course have your own space in your ensuite double bedroom (with king size bed!) and use of the combined kitchen/dining room and garden/patio area.

We have two cats and a labrador, who are all very friendly.
