Female housemate wanted for large comfortable room in family home with business woman, female lodger and quiet older daughter. Daughter only here half the time so I spend a lot of time rattling round on my own!
Five bedroomed detached house, in North Hykeham, just a short stroll to all amenities! Close to City Centre and A46 bypass.
We are a friendly bunch looking for the right person to share a home with. All mod cons available.
Large house consists of front porch, hallway, kitchen diner, large living room, utility room, integral garage, office, two separate toilets, separate bathroom with bath and shower, good sized garden, drive for 3 cars.
We are a quiet bunch, so not looking for party animals! We're all in bed by 10pm! We keep tropical fish, 2 kittens and chickens...so fresh eggs included!
Employment references and one months rent in advance, and deposit required.
