Hi we are a professional couple who are looking for some one to move into our spare room. We both work in the hospitality industry me as a chef and my partner as a waitress.
The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside chest of draws and a desk. Included in the rent is all bills and fibre broadband. There are good transport links into town as the bus runs from just outside and also good commuting links with being only 5 min drive from the A46.
The rent is £300 PCM with a £100 deposit. We are looking for a professional or a student but no dss.
