The House is ideal for someone who's looking to move into a quite house in a village location and enjoys their own space.

The village is an easy car commute to Lincoln (12 miles), Market Rasen (8 miles), Brigg (15 miles), Scunthorpe (15 miles) Gainsborough (15 miles) Louth (20 miles) Grimsby (25 miles) Newark (28 miles)

The room available is clean, recently redecorated and furnished. All windows look across open fields.

There are 2 separate lounges. The main bathroom is upstairs and there's an additional W/C downstairs. The kitchen has plenty of room for cooking and storage.

A local shop, post office and pub are within a few minutes walk from the house.

Looking for tidy, non smokers. I enjoy nature, travel and having time with family.

Couples are welcome to move in for an additional £100 per month, onto the room rate.
