Beautiful Victorian Detached House

The house!

Hi,

Thanks for taking the time to have a look at my advert!

I am advertising my spare double room for rent, which is a good size, equipped with kingsize bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

I share my home with 2 lodgers, who are both female and are lovely ladies..

I also share my home with my 4 dogs, Bertie & Jack (mini schnauzers) Poppy (a cockapoo) and Frank a French bull dog. My lodger also has a mini schnauzer, so if you don't like animals then this may not be the ideal place for you. All of my animals are well behaved though and extremely friendly! :-)

The house is a lovely character property with a large lounge, dining room, kitchen, downstairs loo, study and large shared bathroom. I have unlimited WI-FI access and some sky tv channels are available in the lounge area. Sky could be installed in the bedroom however, I would ask you to pay for the years multi-room charges, should you leave early!

The rent includes all utility bills and unlimited Wi-Fi. There is also space to park your car on the drive, or keep your bike in the garage.
