Large house share close to Spalding town centre.

Hi!
My current house mate is moving out at the end of the month and I am looking for a replacement that is easy going and I can get along with.

I have a Large double room unfurnished available. To give you an idea of size the previous tenant had a 4 door wardrobe, large chest of drawers, 2x bedsides and a king size bed in there comfortably.

The room is unfurnished but I do have a washing machine in the kitchen, the lounge has a sofa but the tele will be taken with the old tenant.

The kitchen, bathroom and lounge is shared and there is a spare room I use as an office that has a double spare bed in so there is room for guests.

I'm easy going and easy to live with and would like to find someone similar. My other half lives in London so I am here alternate weekends with him and also have a horse so not really home until late evening in the week.

2 minute walk to Spalding bus and train station. 30 minutes train journey to Peterborough station where you can change for a direct to Kings Cross in less than an hour.
