I have a large, furnished double room to rent in a 3 bed house, 15 minutes walk from Stamford town centre. Whilst it is not ensuite, there will be very few occasions when the bathroom will be used by anyone else. You will have shared use of the living room, kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher and garden, and the price includes bills (not food!) limited landline and broadband.
The room is a large double: 14'9 x 9'9, with 2 built in wardrobes, double bed, bedside table and a chest of drawers.
Ideally you'll be a professional female who is fairly tidy. A couple is acceptable and the rent will be £500 pcm.
There will be extended periods of time when I am away so you will mainly share with just one flat mate.
