I am looking to rent out my spare room from Monday - Friday. It's a light and airy room with a double bed and a fitted wardrobe.
My property is located in a quiet apartment block (2nd floor) about 5 minutes walk from Stamford town centre and 1 minute walk to Burghley park. Lots off on road parking available.
Rent includes utility bills and Wi-fi but excludes use of land line and food.
I am looking for a female who is respectful of other's property, clean and tidy-ish! For a short term let only - October to December.
