The bedroom has a single bed and wardrobe and a chest of draws and storage draws. The house is fully furnished, three bedroom semi detached house , very near Stamford and in a cul-de-sac position with great parking and quiet locality.
Also very near the main road: A1, the exit and entry to this road are 2 minutes away.
Off road -lit-parking. Safe and quiet area.
I can supply sheets and towels if needed. The room is £350 a month. Council tax payable. The house is always clean and user friendly.
