We have a large private annex room for rent above the garage available from 8 June

The room is newly decorated and fully furnished with a brand new (quality) double bed, settee, large work desk/chair and plenty of cupboards and shelf space. There is also an en suite with shower, washbasin, toilet, etc.

You are able to use the kitchen in the main house, there is plenty of room to put your own TV in the room if you wish

All the usual facilities are available, washing machine, dryer, broadband, etc and all bills are included.

Very happy to consider mature foreign students who may need somewhere over the summer period and would like to be in a family home with English speaking practice!
