We are 2 minutes walk to Acton central station, 10 minutes to the Elizabeth line Acton main line station. 2 minutes walk from Acton Park.

The room is situated in the loft and is next doors is a home office. So you have a great deal of privacy away from the rest of the family.

TV, Central heating and Cold/Hot Air conditioning is included and all bills plus superfast broadband 1000meg. Blackout solar powered blinds for all windows and balcony. Simba Mattress.

We are not allowing guests to come over as we have young children. This will probably not suit most people.

I will also need an employment reference or proof that you are able to afford the rent on an ongoing basis. We are not accepting anyone on a zero hours contract.
