Furnished, double room to rent in a brand new flat. It's bright, spacious and airy. Less than 10 mins walk to Acton Town station, only a few mins from South Acton overground. Rent would be £650 pcm including bills. I'm looking for a sociable flatmate, that can respect privacy but also happy to have a good old chin wag of an evening or watch a movie. Someone really clean and tidy and happy to do their half. I'm a bubbly person. like socialising and the odd party but not every weekend. Please let me know if you would be interested. I'm afraid I'm definitely not looking to rent the room to a couple, just one person.
