The room is well lit, with a big window overlooking the garden, and plenty of storage (one big triple wardrobe out of frame in the pic, 3 shelves, a chest of drawers, and a closet in the corner).

There is also get plenty of space in the kitchen, sharing 1 fridge/freezer between 2 housemates, and a large cupboard for food. There is also a big loft and a shed at the end of the garden, which you can keep a bike or something in.

The shared living room has two comfy leather chairs and two sofas, plus a dining table, and a big TV with Sky HD & Movies.

The room is available from the 1st of September with the rent being £650 per month plus bills, which average approx £90 monthly. The bills include ALL house bills including utilities, council tax, TV licence, Sky, and a cleaner who comes once a week.

One month rent is required as We ask for 1 month's rent as a security deposit - Returned at the end of tenancy.

North Acton Tube Station (zone 2 and 3) is 5 mins walking with links to Notting Hill and Shepherds Bush. Acton Main Rail is 15 mins walking. Bus stops to Hammersmith, Shepherd's Bush, Willesden Junction, Golders Green, Brent Cross etc. are 2 mins away.

We don't mind if you're smoker as long you don't smoke inside the house.
