The 3-bedroom flat with a garden is well connected, situated only 12 minutes walk from Acton Town underground station (Piccadilly and District line) and around 5 minutes walk from South Acton overground station in a quiet residential area right next to a Morrison store which is a 10 minute walk from the house. Many bus close by.

The flat is at the first floor of a house and comprises a furnished kitchen (fridge, oven, washing machine, and microwave), a bathroom, a separated toilet and 3 bedrooms.

The available room is a bright furnished double bedroom (wooden floor, a double bed, 1 wardrobe, 1 chests of drawers and a desk).

There are 3 other people living in the flat. A French and a couple of British in their mid twenties. While each one has their own social life, they sometimes enjoy cooking together. The ideal new housemate would be tidy, professional, sociable but respectful of other people’s space, quiet and non-smoker. Couple are accepted, not animal.

The Rent is £510/month (to be paid every 17 each month) + bills up to 70£/month (council tax, gas, water, electricity and Virgin broadband), knowing that this is the figure for winter bills, which mean it costs less the rest of the year since we consume less. The deposit is £750 (6 weeks).
The flat is overseen by an agency which is 10 minutes away. You will be required to pay £144 for administration fee.
