This is a two-bed apartment with a great living space in a nice and peaceful area, which is also conveniently close to the centre of Acton. Either the single or the double room is available for a friendly, tidy and sociable flatmate.

The smaller of the two rooms is a bright, cosy room with a three-quatre bed and fitted wardrobe. The larger has a double bed and two large wardrobes as well as a chest of drawers.

There’s loads of additional storage space in the apartment, which is well furnished and double-glazed throughout. It also has hardwood floors, a well-proportioned galley-style kitchen and a lovely bright, airy living room containing two double sofa beds.

I’m Francis, the lead tenant, a friendly and tidy bloke who occasionally will make a deliciously unhealthy pancake breakfast on request. Looking for a friendly flatmate to occasionally chill out with at one of the incredible local pubs or stick in with a bottle of wine.

Transport: 7 minutes walk from Acton Central (overground). 10-15 minutes walk from Acton Town (Picadilly Line). A night bus (N207) drops you right outside from Oxford Street after a night out (this helps A LOT if you’ve had a few…)
