A DOUBLE ROOM to rent in a big house, 22 Gunnersbury Crescent, W3 9AA, Acton Town. It has a small living room, shared kitchen with 2 fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, TV; the house has as well a garden where we can organize some barbecues in summer, and one bathroom & WC in each floor.

The house is a 2 minutes from Acton Town Station zone 3, in a residential area. There is Sainsbury’s and Morrison 5 minutes-walk from the house and some restaurants.

This is a clean, quiet and pleasant home. New housemate must be the same. All of us contribute to keeping shared areas clean and tidy. We are looking for a person who will treat the house as their home and add to the lovely atmosphere we have, rather than someone looking for a short term room. Rent includes all bills, broadband and cleaning every week.
