HUGE ROOM in a lovely house share :D

Hi : ) We are looking for a female to join our lovely house and to help complete the pack! Let me give you a gist of how it works. It is a house of five - currently there are three males (a northerner, a londoner and an irish) and one female (an irish.) We are all are professionals and are looking for another girl to help balance out the team. We are a sociable bunch, who are respectful of each others' space.

Let me tell you about the house and area. We have a living room which we frequently hang out in, we are typically having some giggles, watching a movie, or debating over nonsense in there. We also occasionally go out for a cheeky drink and there are some lovely pubs/shops/cafe's nearby with great beer gardens. The main street nearby (1 minutes walk) is Churchfield road, which has some lovely quaint businesses. There is also a very pretty park nearby called 'Acton Park' as well as 'Acton Central Station' which are both around a minute away. The street is very friendly and has a very warm feel to it. Every year the residents hold a 'street party' for the Queen's Jubilee, which is just a nice excuse to play some games with the neighbours. There are also some other stations nearby (around 15 minutes walk) including: acton mainline and East Acton station. Shepherds bush is a short bus ride away.

The house is very large, with plenty of storage. It is definitely worth a view so you can see it for yourself. We also have a nice garden for BBQ's when the suns out. The amount is inclusive of the bills, which is a very fair price considering the house and location. In that amount includes: rent, the complete sky package, council tax, a fortnightly cleaner, money towards a 'house kitty' for basics, water & electrics.

The deposit is £520 and we also pay rent a month in advance. We are looking to find someone to move in as soon as possible but must find someone by the 14th of August.
