Lots of space for home working, exercise, entertaining and relaxing by the fireplace.

Large garden, large living room, large kitchen with all the latest appliances (air fryer, blenders, juicer etc..), gym in garden room, outdoor patio and deck for lounging and dining, washer and dryer, dishwasher, piano, tons of books and art on the walls.

Surrounded by parks - Wanstead Flats, Wanstead park, City of London Cemetery - lovely place for walks and runs and coffees by the ponds.. 5-10 minutes walk from Manor Park Crossrail train station, 10-15 minutes walk from Wanstead on central line. Amazing, trendy high street with loads of restaurants, pubs, shops, bakery etc..

Spacious furnished, ensuite double loft room to rent has plenty of shelving, large desk and chair for home working, large comfortable bed with storage beneath, reading couch and new wardrobe.

About us: we are a super friendly/fun mom and daughter (7) pair. We eat mostly vegetarian, keep a super clean house, love to listen to music, exercise, hang out in the garden, have BBQs, go swimming and horse riding, and have friends and family nearby.

About you: you're a professional, / or with stable income, you seek and exude positive vibes, sometimes like to cook / eat together, have a love of healthy living, like kids (and will be a positive influence), like to keep your/our home tidy and are interested in creating a peaceful and friendly home.
