A lovely double-room overlooking the back garden in a family home is available for rent for week-days. The house is located in leafy Aldersbrook between Wanstead Flats and Wanstead Park. The area is very peaceful and safe.

Ideally suited to a busy professional who drives to work in North East/East London (free parking outside house) or could commute by public transport from Leytonstone/Wanstead (Central Line) or Manor Park (Stratford or Liverpool Street). Overground to Liverpool Street is 15 minutes. Central Line from Leytonstone or Wanstead to Oxford Circus is 25 minutes. The house is a short bus journey (or 15/20 minute brisk walk) from Leytonstone and Wanstead tube stations or Manor Park overground station.

I have advertised Mon-Fri but will consider weekend occupancy if short-term let.

The rent is £500 per calendar month and includes high speed wireless internet, gas and electricity bills, water bills, council tax, TV licence, cleaner. All linens and towels are provided. The price is for single occupancy.

The room has been recently decorated and is furnished comfortably with a double-bed, desk/dressing table, fitted wardrobe with shelves.

There is a large kitchen/diner + seating area with adequate cupboard space, large fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob and two ovens plus a nice bathroom (Victorian-style bath, plus over bath shower) shared with owners and a separate downstairs loo.

I run a music business and live with my son who is 12. I am looking for a (female ideally) professional who is easy going, friendly and clean and also respects our family life.
