We have a lovely and spacious room to rent in a modern flat situated in zone 1 between Old Street and Angel Stations, with a park at the end of the street. There are plenty of shops nearby for you to do your essential groceries and pubs for hearty meal. Regent's Canal lovely cafeterias and restaurants are within 5 min walk, trendy Upper Street shops 12 min away. Despite being located a minute walk off City Road. the flat very is very quiet.

It is also very energy efficient (EPC B) thanks to good insulation but when it is cold outside we use underfloor heating to keep it warm! The living room with open kitchen is very spacious and facing south west direction is full of sun in the afternoons, when, well there is sun!
