Room for rent in N1 Angel, Islington
Hi all,
I am moving out start of May looking for someone to take over my lease in this lovely flat conveniently situated in Angel, Islington. I have a Large bedroom available in a three bedroom flat on Essex Road N1 to rent from May 5th or sooner if needed. There is also an option to take over the lease from July 2024 and renew with the others :).
You will be sharing with two lovely girls from Sydney (29, 30) in a clean, bright space with plenty of natural light. 🇦🇺
💰£1100pcm+ bills usually £100-150 depending on season. Room comes with a wardrobe, set of drawers, 2 mirrors. I recently bought a bed and mattress- happy to leave it there/sell it.
🚌 🚂 The flat is in a great location and super connected near the Overground (Haggerston, Dalston, Canonbury), Northern Line and Victoria Line as well has a plethora of bus lines. All within walking distance.
Looking for a working professional
who is clean, respectful and doesn’t mind the occasional pub trivia night . Send me a message if you’d like to organise a viewing or discuss more about the room/flat.
Note- referencing checks will be done and a deposit of 5 weeks rent required :).
