My current flatmate is (sadly) moving out of the flat and back to NYC, which makes his room available in our spacious 2-bedroom flat. It is conveniently located near several supermarkets, with Sainsbury's, Waitrose, and M&S within a 2-minute walking distance. The neighbourhood is very pleasant, and the Angel tube and bus stations are easily accessible within a few minutes. There’s a wide plethora of great bars, pubs, and restaurants in the area, with both Chapel Market and Camden Passage near the flat.

About the Flat: On the third floor of a well-maintained building, our flat boasts a large living room with tons of natural light. The kitchen comes with modern appliances including fridge and freezer, oven, electric stove, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. A cosy common area with a huge living room, perfect for unwinding after a long day, also serving as a great wfh space. It includes a big dining table, great for hosting dinner parties and social gatherings.

Your Potential Roommate: You'll be sharing the space with Felipe, a very friendly 27yo Brazilian musician who is a clean, respectful, and relaxed flatmate. We love hosting small gatherings with friends but are not a party flat. We’re looking for someone respectful, clean, and tidy, who likes having their space but also doesn’t mind socialising.

Rent: The rent for the available room is £1425 pcm. Council tax band E
