Big Double Room in Angel

I’m looking for someone to takeover the contract for my big double room in Angel, Islington. The room is super spacious, with lots of natural light and loads of storage.

- The house is four bedrooms total, so you’ll be sharing with 3 other very kind and fun girls (aged 22), who are a mix of students and working professionals. We’d like the new flatmate to be female and of a similar age.
- Just a 2 minute walk from upper street, with lots of cute pubs and restaurants nearby. Angel tube station and a big Sainsbury’s, M&S and Waitrose are also about a 7 min walk away.
- We have a lovely garden, big kitchen and 2 newly fitted bathrooms.
- Rent is £1275, with bills at an additional ~75 monthly
- MUST have a uk-based guarantor (at landlord’s request)
- The contract would be valid until July 2025
