A lovely, bright room available in a flat in Angel.
I'm James and live in the flat. I work in the arts - photography, theatre and poetry.
The apartment is on the third floor with easy lift and stairs access. There is a concierge at the main entrance which is manned most hours of the day, and is always friendly and helpful. And the building sits in lovely grounds with a grassy area, trees, and sports court.
There is a sofa and dining table in the kitchen. There's a shower room as well as bathroom.
We have a dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine.
All bills are included.
Great transport connections; Angel, Old Street, Barbican and Farringdon Stations are all nearby and lots of bus routes. Most of zone 1 is within 30 minute journey from here.
St. Paul's Cathedral is in walking distance, with the River Thames and The Tate, The Globe and The Southbank Centre beyond.
