We are currently 4 flatmates, 2 boys and 2 girls who have been sharing great moments for the last year or so. One of the girl will be soon leaving London for good therefore we are looking for someone to take her place. We are ideally looking for a girl in order to keep balance who is easygoing and caring. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 spacious living room, 1 separated spacious kitchen, a kitchen balcony with lovely sunflowers and a little terrace. Bills are not included and to give you an idea are approximately £80 per month. Windows are double glazed. Heating & Kitchen are both gas-powered which results in cheaper bills. We all work 9-5 therefor ideally viewings will be carried out outside these working hours although we will be happy to meet your requirements whenever possible. We look forward hearing from you. ;)
