I would like to sublet my room in a nice flat, totally furnished. This is a cozy room, plenty of light with a huge window and pleasant with a desk, a double king size bed, wardrobe, a sofa and a piece of furniture. (P. S. you can not smoke in the flat, sorry )

The flat is located 9 minutes walking to Archway Station for the Northern Line and 2 minutes to the bus station.(17, 390, 43 and more)
Archway is very well located with grocery stores like Lidl, Aldi, Waitrose, Morrissons, Tesco, Sainsbury, M&S and Iceland to 10 minutes by walking,
A gym "Energy Fitness" to 2 minutes by walking then many restaurants, pub, bar and coffee.
A nice park to 5 minutes by walking then a giant park : The Hampstead to 10 minutes by bus or 30 minutes by walking.
It's near the city centre. Only 15 minutes to King's Cross by bus, 30 minutes to King's Cross by walking, 20 minutes to Victoria or Oxford street by tube and 25 minutes to Chelsea or Embankment .

I will ask first for a small payment of the rent to secure the room. I can not keep the room if I don't have the insurance you want to take the room. Then a month's deposit and the rest of the first month when you move in or before preferably.

Please don't contact me If you want to negotiate the price as I set the official price from the tenancy agreement I have to pay and not more.
