Double Room Available In Archway! **Please Read!**

Hiya!

There will soon be a room available in this lovely lil flat in Archway as my flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend. I'm staying, so looking for someone to join and start the new contract with me. The room will be available from the first week of June, however this could potentially be flexible depending on your circumstances and my current flatmate's.

A bit about me: I'm Jenn, a 27 year old receptionist, so I'm in the office 5 days a week. I'm a friendly and respectful flatmate and I love to go to the theatre & cinema, play video and board games, and have days out with pals. My job is very busy and sociable so I love to come home to a calm flat to decompress, but also love a day debrief and giggles!

I'm looking for a like-minded woman who is of a similar age and a working professional (no students, sorry!) who also likes a clean and tidy place and will treat it like a home. ☺️

RENT/DEPOSIT

The rent for the room available is £629.81pm (an absolute steal for the area!) plus bills, which are approx. £175 each.

The deposit is £598.81.

THE FLAT

It's a two bed flat with an open plan living room/ kitchen and shared bathroom. It also has a balcony and it's on the 6th floor (there's a lift, phew!).

The flat is part furnished so some of the furniture will need to be replaced when my flatmate leaves as some of it belongs to her. We're still figuring out what she's going to take and leave though, but I'll update you as we go, especially as you may have your own things you want to bring. ☺️

It's in a great location, is a short walk from Archway station and is close to shops/pubs etc. Waterlow Park is around a 10 min walk away and you can also walk to the lovely Hampstead Heath in around 20 mins.

THE ROOM

The room comes with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bed, mattress, bedside table, etc, are brand new and belong to my current flatmate, but she would be willing to sell it to you if needed (as mentioned we're still figuring the inventory out!).

You'll see from the photos that there is space for a desk if you need one to be able to work from home, and a TV.
