I am looking for a housemate who would like somewhere in London to call home Monday to Friday but who have a main home elsewhere. This rental would suit someone with a regular work pattern and a workplace-based job as there is no working from home desk.

- National Rail station (Clapham Junction 5mins, Victoria 15mins)

Current housemates:
- Tamara (me): I am a live-in landlady, with my own bedroom and en-suite, but I prefer the term housemate.
- David: A Monday to Friday professional with his own bedroom and bathroom, who has lived here 18 months.
We are professional, friendly, clean and considerate housemates and looking for someone who is similar.

I enjoy gym, going out, cycling and travelling. I work 9-5pm mix of home/workplace-based and would like to live with someone who has workplace-based pattern.
