1 month rent in lovely Balham house 🫶🏼
I’m going to be out of the country for approx a month from 12th May and am looking to sublet my lovely room in Balham. I can be flexible on start date and length of time and there could definitely be some wiggle room in the rent amount.
The room is in a 6 bed right in the centre of Balham, 5 min walk from tube. The house is gorgeous - split over three floors with spacious communal areas.
Rent is £1050 with bills which includes a fortnightly cleaner. Big room, double bed, two wardrobes and 1 chest of drawers included. Happy to leave any of the other furniture, if not I can put into storage!
About my lovely housemates… 3 girls, 2 guys all 25-27, all young professionals. Very social house, do lots together and are always keen to mingle friendship groups. Looking for someone who wants to get involved! As a big group, obv essential you are clean/tidy etc.
