Hello! Our housemate is going travelling so we have a room available in our Balham flat. Move in date 16th June, contract until Jan but we may extend.
Few mins from Balham tube station, rent is £925 p/m, bills are £80ish p/m. Deposit is £1,038.
Room comes furnished as in the picture and there is space within the flat to wfh.
