Small double room available in Balham flat

Hey everyone! We’re Laura and Hannah, from Ireland and New Zealand, currently looking for a new flat mate to join our sunny flat in Balham. Move in date tbc, but should be early June.

Rent is £650pm and bills are approx £120pm (incl council tax, electricity, water, TV and internet.) The room is furnished with a double bed, drawers, and wardrobe

About the flat: Three bedroom flat with one shared bathroom, a 7 min walk from Balham station. We have a large cosy living room and a spacious kitchen, which has a washing machine and dishwasher. We're on the 4th floor with all day sun and stunning sunsets from the west-facing balcony ☀️

We’re not a party flat, but we do enjoy socialising and are looking for someone friendly and tidy. Ideally looking for a girl, mid/late twenties- early thirties, and as the room has no space for a desk someone who doesn’t work from home full time. Also, the landlord won’t accept pets unfortunately!
