We're looking for a fun and sociable female flatmate (27-32) to join us in our 4-bed house in Clapham South, as one of our flatmates has bought a flat.
Located on Dagnan Road, the house is in a super convenient location, just 5 mins from Clapham South tube station and Balham high street
The room itself is bright and spacious (converted attic) with ample room for double bed, chest of drawers and desk. There's a built in wardrobe and lovely Juliet balcony. A few hooks dotted around to hang pictures etc.
**the room is unfurnished but the ideal is to sell the furniture (bed frame, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables) for £250.

The room is on the second floor, where there is another bedroom and a bathroom, which you'll share with Ruth.

On the floor below is the recently refurbished Kitchen, a utility room (washing machine, tumble dryer, second fridge), living room and then also Jamie and Dave's bedrooms

We are an a friendly, active, sociable bunch who enjoy sport (running, touch rugby, gym etc), going for a pint, but also chilling in the evenings watching something on the box
