My flatmate is moving out and leaving behind a spacious double bedroom in the lovely Barnes area.

The room has big windows that let in plenty of sunshine and it comes furnished with bed, mattress, set of drawers, wardrobe, shelving unit and bedside tables.

The flat has a spacious shared living room with sofa and dining table, the kitchen also has a kitchen table and it equipped with dishwasher, a new washing machine, microwave, plenty of cupboard space, fridge/freezer and hob/oven. The flat has separate bathroom and toilets and a garden, where you can store your bike safely and enter via the back entrance.

Barnes and Barnes Bridge station are both 10 minutes walk and gets you to Waterloo in 20 minutes.

On the bus you can get to Hammersmith in 15 minutes, Putney in 10 minutes and Richmond in 15 minutes.

The area is safe and leafy and there are many shops within walking distance. If you like sports, you can also enjoy a nice run or cycling by the Thames a few minutes away!

There is a £120 administration fee with the agency and the monthly bills come up to £100.
