We’re Ain and Emily and we’re thrilled to open our doors to a new flatmate in our beautiful house.

About the house:
Our home is more than just a place to live; it’s a haven where you can unwind, relax, and truly feel at home. With a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a welcoming atmosphere, it’s a place you’ll love coming back to.

The double bedroom:
Your new bedroom is spacious and filled with natural light, making it the perfect retreat after a long day. You’ll have plenty of storage space for all your belongings.

Rent:
£765 + bills/council tax (water already included). Gas and electricity normally comes to around £30 a month

About us:
We are two young professionals from South Korea and the UK.

Who we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a new flatmate who shares our values of cleanliness and respect but also someone who can add their own touch of warmth to our home. If you’re looking for a place where you can truly belong – then you’re the one we want to meet!

Location:
Excellent transport links to Hammersmith and Barons Court stations
Plenty of buses nearby that connect the house with main areas of central London
Close to shops, restaurants, and parks. A vibrant neighbourhood with a community feel.

Availability:
The room is available starting May 1st. We’re looking for someone to move in soon, so don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity!
