En-Suite room in Clapham Junction

Hey guys! We've got an en-suite room in our 4 bed house in Battersea, SW11, available to move in on June 7th. Tenancy is for 2 years with a one year break-clause.
The house is really modern and in a super convenient location. We've been living here for about 2 years and we were the first to move in after it was fully renovated. It's about a 5 min walk from Clapham Junction/Northcote Road/St John's hill.
Rent for the room is £1235 plus bills. It comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
We're 3 girls aged 23-25, we've been good friends for years and love to chill in the evenings, watch tv, go for drinks, walks, have bbqs, etc. During the week it tends to be pretty chill/quiet and as much as we love to sit together downstairs we also enjoy our alone time.
House is generally always clean/tidy and we're looking for someone who is happy to maintain that (we also have a cleaning lady that comes every other week). Also, ideally someone who doesn't regularly work from home.
