You'll be living with Alice (34, copywriter) and Kellen (27, project manager) who enjoy hanging out together. The flat has a warm and friendly vibe, perfect for relaxing evenings and weekends.

Rent: £880 per month (excluding bills) Bills: are around £160 a month including our cleaner Anna who comes once a week.

We don’t have to pay heating as this is included in the rent (Really lovely and warm in the winter months)

My bedroom has two big windows and a high ceiling, massive wardrobe space and a chest of drawers. There is space for a book shelf and a desk (if you change the position of the chest of drawers)
