I am looking for someone to share this lovely garden flat with me and my 8 year old Border Terrier. The flat is quite large compared to usual London standards and is excellently located for the park, river and public transport. Both Vauxhall and Sloane Square are a 5 minute bus ride away, plus there are many direct bus routes (which I often find quicker!).

The room is absolutely huge and can come furnished or unfurnished. There is a shared bathroom and a large kitchen/dining/living room which leads out to a very private pebbled courtyard garden. The rent is approx £900 PCM and includes all bills, including internet, full Sky HD.

I am looking for a professional who is clean and tidy, respects each other's living space and is occasionally up for a chat and a glass of wine. I'm pretty relaxed so I want someone who is the same. I'm looking for someone who wants a home... And very importantly you must be good with dogs!

So about us... I am a 32 year old pastry chef and consequently I don't work 9-5! I am very clean and tidy, pretty easy going and have quite a busy life. I like to spend my free time out with friends or chilling with my dog. He comes wherever I can take him - loves the tube and the pub! He is a very calm, relaxed old boy who loves chasing his ball in the park then curling up with you on the sofa. He has a dog walker who takes care of him whilst I'm at work.
