We're looking for a new roommate to share our lovely home in Battersea.

Great Location
Beautiful Battersea Park and the Thames are both just a 2 mins walk. A Co-op, butchers, cafes, restaurants etc are all a stone’s throw away. There are great local pubs too (Draft House, Doodle bar, Prince Albert or even Bunga Bunga).

Big Room with Plenty of Storage
The room has a Queen Size bed, large built-in wardrobe and bed side table.

Newly Renovated Flat
Lovely open plan living area with a large kitchen, breakfast bar and comfy sofas, as well as a little Juliet balcony. The flat was just renovated when we moved in late 2014.

Easy to get around
Buses right next door (19, 49, 170, 319, 345) take you over the bridge to the Kings Road, Chelsea, Sloane Square etc. Or get a bus to Clapham Junction (49, 319, 345) in 5-10 mins, which gets you to Victoria or Clapham Junction in 10 mins every 2 mins. Plus trusty Boris Bikes on tap for those who prefer to cycle.

Lovely Housemates
We tend to have busy schedules, but enjoy catching up with one another over a cup of tea/glass of wine, and occasional trips to the pub. We’re looking for a like-minded person that wants to live in a friendly, chilled flat.

Cheap bills ~ £50 p. m.
Council tax £17 each per month. Gas and electricity £20 each per month. Plus water and internet.
There is a fee for the reference check with the agency of £30.
