Bright double room by Battersea Park

Looking for someone to take my room after I graduate from uni in early June. Have really enjoyed living here for the past year but can't justify paying London rent once I'm no longer studying.

Available until 3 October 2024, when our contract with the landlord will end and everyone will move out. Once I have found a suitable person to replace me, I will have their name put onto the contract with the landlords permission.

THE AREA
- 1 min walk from the best pub in London (The Magic Garden), which has live music every Thursday and more fun over the weekend. Great outdoor area with sofas, a caravan and a tea room. Close enough that you can always go for a pint, but far away enough that the noise doesn't disturb us.
- 2 min walk from a reasonable big Tesco
- 5 min walk from Battersea Park, which is really lovely now that the sun is out!
- 6 min walk from Battersea Park station (overground)
- 13 min walk from Battersea Power Station (northern line)

THE HOUSEMATES
- Callum is a Scottish engineering student. Plays the guitar and sings (really well). Also plays tennis/football and is a keen runner.
- Anna is currently doing her PhD. She's a dedicated climber and a great cook.
